In the town of Rakovski (southern Bulgaria), where the largest Catholic community in the country lives, today they celebrate Easter and will exercise their right of vote.

Citizens will first celebrate the holiday in the largest Catholic church in Bulgaria "Sacred Heart Of Jesus", then head to the polls.

There were also people who chose to vote first, then to go to the church, but even at the polling stations there were traditional painted eggs and Easter breads, as well as church songs.

For the inhabitants of the city it is mandatory to vote, because it symbolizes the unity of the nation.

In the church, as well as in polling stations, it is mandatory to enter with masks and observe other anti-epidemic measures.
