European Night of Scientists is held online with extended participation

Educational institutions from all over the country, including the cities of Sofia, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora, Ruse, Varna, take part in this year's program of the European Night of Scientists 2020. Because of the global Covid-19 pandemic, the event will be held online on November 27 and 28 and the main program will be broadcast on the Facebook profile of the project /https://www.facebook.com/ResearchersBG/, in the special You Tube channel, as well as in the social network profiles of all partners in the initiative. In the virtual space one will be able to see interesting demonstrations and experiments in various scientific fields, quizzes, lectures, discussions, exhibitions, science films, research papers, drawing competitions, photography, presentations, video and essays, etc.
The European Night of Scientists initiative is being held for the fifth year in a row in more than 300 cities in Europe and around the world. The innovative project is funded by the European Commission under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions of the Horizon 2020 program.
